- Record of Advice (RoA) — streamlined template for simpler advice scenarios with basic fields and tables.
- Meeting Summary — template focused on text fields, lists, and action item loops.
- Fee Disclosure — table-heavy template demonstrating sum fields and nested tables for fee breakdowns.
- Insurance Review — template with conditional sections based on policy types and coverage levels.
Downloading templates
Reference templates will be available for download from your AdviceDocs dashboard. Each template includes inline comments explaining the field syntax used.
Using reference templates
Reference templates are designed to be customised. Download a template, modify the structure and fields to match your practice's requirements, then upload it to AdviceDocs as a custom template.
Start simple
When creating your first template, start with the Meeting Summary reference and add complexity gradually. This approach makes it easier to debug issues and understand how each field type works.
