Use of Cookies

When you use our Services, we employ cookies and related technologies like web beacons, pixel tags, and JavaScript (collectively referred to as “Cookies”) to deliver and improve your experience. These Cookies allow our servers to interact with your browser, monitor how you use our Services, and help us enhance our platform. Cookies are typically small text files stored on your device (computer, phone, or tablet) when accessing our Services. We may enhance the data we gather from you with information from third parties, which may include their own Cookies placed on your devices. Currently, our Services are not configured to respond to “Do Not Track” browser signals.

We implement these types of Cookies:

Essential Cookies
These Cookies are fundamental to the operation of our Services and enable core functionality you request. They facilitate critical operations like secure logins and account access. Without these Cookies, many of our key features would not function properly.

Preference Cookies
These Cookies remember your choices and customisations within our Services. They help deliver a more personalised experience by storing your settings, remembering your preferences (such as language selection or display options), and recognising you upon return visits. This allows us to tailor our Services to your individual needs.

Analytics
We use Vercel Analytics and Vercel Speed Insights to understand how visitors interact with our Services and to monitor performance. These tools collect aggregated, anonymised data about page views, referrers, devices, and Core Web Vitals (loading speed, interactivity, and visual stability). They do not use cookies, do not track individual users across sites, and do not store personally identifiable information. Data is processed by Vercel Inc. as a sub-processor on our behalf.

Advertising
Our site includes a Google Ads conversion tag, which Google uses to tell us when a visit that began with one of our advertisements led to a sign-up. Where it runs it may set Cookies on our domain, and Google processes that data under its own privacy policy.

For the full list of the Cookies we use, including the ones set when you sign in, see our Cookie Policy.

You retain control over Cookie usage through your browser settings. Most browsers allow you to block Cookie acceptance, though doing so may limit your access to certain features. You can typically find these controls under your browser’s settings or options menu. You also have the option to remove existing Cookies from your device, but please note that this might require you to manually adjust your preferences during future visits, and some aspects of our Services may not work as intended.

For more detailed information about Cookies and how to manage them, we recommend visiting allaboutcookies.org.

Business Transfers

If we or our assets are acquired, or in the unlikely event that we go out of business or enter bankruptcy, we would include data, including your personal information, among the assets transferred to any parties who acquire us. You acknowledge that such transfers may occur, and that any parties who acquire us may, to the extent permitted by applicable law, continue to use your personal information according to this policy, which they will be required to assume as it is the basis for any ownership or use rights we have over such information.

Limits of Our Policy

Our website may link to external sites that are not operated by us. Please be aware that we have no control over the content and policies of those sites, and cannot accept responsibility or liability for their respective privacy practices.

Changes to This Policy

At our discretion, we may change our privacy policy to reflect updates to our business processes, current acceptable practices, or legislative or regulatory changes. If we decide to change this privacy policy, we will update the changes here at the same link by which you are accessing this privacy policy.

If the changes are significant, or if required by applicable law, we will contact you (based on your selected preferences for communications from us) and all our registered users with the new details and links to the updated or changed policy.

If required by law, we will get your permission or give you the opportunity to opt in to or opt out of, as applicable, any new uses of your personal information.
